Welcome to Sri Lanka!  On arrival, you will be met at Bandaranaike International Airport by your chauffeur-guide. You will then be driven to your coastal hotel where you can relax after your long flight.

This morning your private chauffeur-guide will meet you and take you up to the hill country to Kandy. En-route you can make a stop at Elephant Freedom Project or you can continue the journey straight to your hotel.

Today you can enjoy your time in this lovely setting at leisure.  Perhaps take a stroll through the beautiful landscape of the area, take mountain bikes out for a ride or take a dip in the pool and soak up the scenery.

In the evening, you will be taken to the Temple of the Tooth, where the relic of Buddha's Tooth is kept. Here you can witness the holy Buddhist ceremony where offerings are made to the tooth relic.

After breakfast, you can enjoy the visit to Orange Field Tea Factory. During the visit you can learn all about the most famous Ceylon tea-making process, meet local villagers, and many more.

In the afternoon whether you can stay at leisure or chill by the swimming pool.

This morning you will be collected from your hotel and taken to the train station. You will then board to the train for the approx. 2hour journey up to Hatton. The train journey takes you around the winding hills of the tea country. Once in Hatton, your chauffeur-guide will be at the station to take you to your hotel.

Today is yours to decide whether to spend at leisure at Tea Trails. You can soak up the magnificent scenery from your bungalow.  Perhaps you take a wander or grab a bicycle to ride through the lush tea plantations around your property.

Today you will take a long journey down to Udawalawe. Do not hesitate to ask your driver to stop plenty of times along the way for photographs while you are driving through the hills. On arrival, you can stretch your legs and get yourself prepared for your early morning game drive on the following day!

It's Safari Time!!! You will begin the day with an early morning game drive in the National Park. Udawalawe is one of Sri Lanka's most famous National Parks, which is home for over 500 or so wild elephants, as well as many other species.  Then return to your hotel and relax before the afternoon safari.

Today you can either drive across the Island back to Colombo for your final night or take a flight with a supplementary fee (both schedule and charter flights can be organized depending on your budget).

It’s time to return back to your country or the next destination!!!

Having reached at the end of your program, you will be transferred to the Bandaranaike International Airport in time of your departure flight.
